We developed an employer branding workshop for the Boston Consulting Group that left no stone unturned.
Innovation has long been a key component of Boston Consulting Group’s success. At BCG, we are constantly looking for new ways to solve challenges. A new, enormously important area: employer branding. Our workshop was about giving free rein to creativity in order to arouse the interest of high potentials. The challenge was to adapt a standard case study workshop so that participants could solve problems in a playful way and at the same time gain an insight into BCG’s activities.
For BCG, we developed a very unique format to break down the usual questions of a case study workshop and build a space for innovation. The most appropriate technique for this is LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP). At LSP, the ideas of all participants are heard and equally considered in the development of the final solution proposal. In addition to individual models, the LEGO® Serious Play® techniques of “Skills Building,” “Shared Models,” “Brainstorming,” and “Playing Emergence” were used.
