We are hiring for a Marketing Manager job and are looking for someone to develop creative content, design social media posts (LinkedIn, Meta), and create, optimize, and monitor ad campaigns. In addition, you will write texts, send newsletters, maintain CMS content and carry out marketing research and analyses. You have experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google or Meta, are proficient in Figma, work in a structured manner and communicate confidently in German and English. You can expect flexible hours, 75% home office, further training and a modern office in the 1st district. Apply now!
What you can expect from us:
In this role, you will take on a broad, varied area of responsibility that includes both creative and analytical components. A significant part of your work will be creating copy and visual content – be it social media posts, short story formats, newsletters, or content for our website. You develop concepts for social media, especially for LinkedIn and Meta, and implement them independently. In addition, you plan, create and manage advertising campaigns, optimize them on an ongoing basis and always keep an eye on important KPIs.
Email marketing is also part of your area of responsibility: You will send newsletters, work on the optimization of automations and help to make our systems even more efficient. Research around marketing strategies and current trends will also be part of your work – as well as basic marketing analyses that help us make data-based decisions. In addition, you will help update and maintain our CMS so that our web content is always up-to-date, relevant and well-structured.
What you should bring:
For this job as a Marketing Manager, we are looking for a person who has already gained initial experience with performance marketing tools such as Google Analytics or Google Ads, Facebook Ads or comparable platforms. Confident use of Figma or similar graphics tools is an advantage, as you regularly create content or adapt existing assets. WordPress and Mailchimp are also constant companions. But tbh, you can learn these tools. What is even more important to us:
We require very good written and spoken German and English skills, because a large part of your work consists of communication – both internally and externally.
In addition, you should have a structured, conceptual and agile way of working. We are looking for someone who thinks independently, finds solutions, likes to take responsibility and is open to learning new things. With us, you will work closely with experienced colleagues who will support you, but at the same time give you a lot of freedom.
What we offer you:
You can expect a reasonable marginal salary of €551.10 per month, a modernly equipped office in Vienna’s 1st district, which you can easily reach by public transport, as well as flexible working hours and the opportunity to work up to 90% in the home/remote office. Further training is important to us – that’s why you can continue your education during working hours, try out new tools or deepen your knowledge in certain areas. Our working atmosphere is open, relaxed, professional and characterized by a steep learning curve.
How does it feel to work with us?
“I was able to learn a lot at Anwert and had a good mentor. Quasi: from 0 to 100 – really quick. And it was always professional, but still super relaxed.”
– Anna Haindl, former Digital Marketing Manager at Anwert
Interest? We have a little challenge for you:
If you are interested in this job as a Marketing Manager , we would be happy to receive a small but meaningful mini-exercise that shows us how you approach creative problems. Please create a compact editorial calendar with five social media topics for any day in 2026 – preferably with a reason why these days and content make sense. Then choose one of these suggestions and work it out in such a way that it could be published immediately: including a short copy, visual idea, possible hashtags and a clear communication intention. It is important to us to see how you think, how you proceed in a structured way and how you communicate complex content in a simple, precise and appealing way. This gives us a realistic picture of how you would work as a marketing manager in everyday life.
Send us your mini concept to hello@anwert.io – we look forward to getting to know you!
