20 leaders from the Kastner team were able to build the future in the corporate strategy workshop.

Kastner is the specialist for local supply in food retailing, the convenience sector as well as for gastronomy and bulk consumers. Now the future corporate strategy should be redefined. To do this, the 20 workshop participants from Kastner’s leadership teams literally left no stone unturned.

On Day 1, LEGO® Serious Play was used to determine the status quo of the company, set goals and identify any (external) influencing factors. Day 2 was used to identify actions to achieve the defined goals.

The second day was mainly spent on OKRs (Objectives & Key Results). Here, LEGO® Serious Play still served as a supporting element.
