Savity is the alternative to saving and Austria’s first robo-advisor that allows its customers to invest the way they want. Not a very broad target audience. It was therefore all the more important to use our 360-degree marketing ideas to play and inspire the right users with the right messages at exactly the right point in the customer journey.
The first step was to analyze the entire customer journey for potential Savity customers. Based on the defined touchpoints, efficient and promising marketing measures were identified, provided with the appropriate storytelling and prioritized in a holistic marketing plan. Finally, we were also allowed to set up the newsletter marketing, design explanatory videos together with the production company MXR Productions GmbH and generate the same for Savity with the social media #addedvalue campaign.
