After a comprehensive company workshop, the marketing strategy was ideally tailored to the developed target groups, personas and touchpoints. In order to achieve this, core messages were defined, which form the basis for subsequent marketing. Competitors as well as the market environment were also analyzed in order to create a distinction and to better highlight the company’s own strengths. The respective measures were recorded and prioritized in a comprehensive marketing plan. And so the first step was a redesign of the website.
